The registration form only needs to be completed again if data modifications are required.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Eligibility for Registration<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The service may be used by:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A legally competent adult natural person;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A minor aged 16 or older, using the service within the limits of income earned through work;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A legal entity or organization without legal personality, represented by an authorized individual.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>Registration Process<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration begins with completing the registration form. If the Expert provides incomplete or incorrectly formatted data, or uses an already existing email address or phone number, the process must be restarted until the form is complete and unique.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By registering, the Expert explicitly consents to the processing and public display (excluding email and possibly phone number) of personal data required for creating their profile and services on the Website, social media platforms, and newsletters. The Operator will not use the data for any purpose other than what the Expert has provided.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert guarantees that all data and information published in their profile comply with laws and public morals, are truthful, do not infringe upon the rights or interests of the Operator or third parties, and do not attempt to circumvent or misuse the service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If verification fails (e.g., incorrect or missing data), or if content violates these rules or the Operator\u2019s business interests, the Operator may remove such content. In justified cases, the Operator may delete the Expert\u2019s profile and suspend the service. The Expert guarantees professional competence in the specified field and commits to delivering services at the highest professional standards.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert must provide accurate, complete, and valid data on the registration form.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each Expert may only create, use, and maintain one profile. If any data displayed on the Expert subpage maintained by the Operator changes, the Expert must notify the Operator within 5 business days to ensure proper updates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert acknowledges that if their conduct related to the agreement is deemed or proven to violate public morals, applicable laws, legal practices, or the Operator\u2019s rights or interests, the Operator may deny or suspend registration without notice or justification. Suspension may last up to 5 years, and the Operator will disclose blocked data to authorities upon request.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Result of Registration<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After registration, the Expert gains access to an Expert Panel created by the Operator, through which they can define and display the characteristics of their individual and\/or group services on the Website. The Operator uses the registration data to create an Expert account, sets a temporary password, and sends it to the Expert within 3 business days via the provided email. The Expert may change the password at any time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, the Operator publishes the Expert\u2019s related data on the introduction page (see <\/span><b>Publicly Displayed Data &#8211; <\/b><b>On the Expert Introduction Page<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator also sends the Expert a password-protected link to a page where group service details must be configured for each new event. These events will then appear on the Group Session page (see <\/span><b>Event Filtering Details and Profile Image Setup<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Use of the website<\/b><\/h4><h5><b>Accessing the Expert Account<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to the Expert account is available by clicking the Expert Panel link on the Website and entering valid login credentials (email address and password). The Website\u2019s services become accessible to the Expert upon successful login.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Data Modification<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert is obliged to maintain accurate and truthful data in their profile at all times. In case of any changes, the Expert must update their account accordingly and notify the Operator within 5 business days if the changes affect data displayed on the Expert page. If the Operator becomes aware that the provided data is false or the Expert is unreachable based on such data, the Operator is entitled to restrict (suspend) or delete the Expert\u2019s access.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Password Management<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert may change their password after logging into the Expert Panel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Expert forgets their password, they may request a password reset on the login page. By clicking the link sent to their registered email address, they can access their profile and\/or set a new password.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Google Meet Link Generation and Automatic Distribution<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To generate and automatically distribute Google Meet links to users, the calendar created on the Website must be synchronized with Google Calendar. This can be done via the \u201cIntegrations\u201d tab in the Expert Panel by logging into the Google account.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Configuring individual services<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Expert offers individual services, the following settings must be configured:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Duration and Service Fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Under the \u201cServices\u201d tab in the Expert Panel, the Expert must set the duration and fee (minimum HUF 5,000 for 30 minutes; HUF 10,000 for 60 minutes). These settings can be modified or deleted.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Calendar Availability<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Under the \u201cWorking hours\u201d tab, the Expert can define availability by day and time, including duration.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Optional Appointment Booking by Expert<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Expert may book, modify, or cancel appointments for users via the \u201cAppointments\u201d tab.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h5><b>Configuring group services<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the monthly subscription period, the Expert is required to announce and conduct at least one group service on the Website. The Expert may not delegate the service to another person or charge a fee for it. Group services must be announced as events with the following steps:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Creating an Event<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Via the \u201cEvents\u201d tab in the Expert Panel, the Expert creates a new event and sets the following details:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Title (Name)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Description<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizer (must be active)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Date and Time (Periods)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maximum Participants (10 persons)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Waitlist (3)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google Meet Link (enabled via \u201cSettings\u201d \u2192 \u201cIntegrations\u201d \u2192 \u201cEnable Google Meet\u201d)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Events can be modified or deleted by selecting them under the \u201cEvents\u201d tab.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Event Filtering Details and Profile Image Setup<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure the event appears on the Group Session page, the Expert must configure the following details on the password-protected page provided by the Operator (see \u201c<strong>Result of Registration<\/strong>\u201d) on the same day the event is created in the Expert Panel:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Event Title (must match the title in the Expert Panel)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nyelv<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creator<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Target Group (max. 2)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional Field (max. 2)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profile Image (jpg or jpeg)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Event (the event that was created in the Expert Panel must be selected from the dropdown list)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once saved, these settings cannot be modified. If changes are needed, the event must be deleted and recreated. The Expert must notify the Operator on the day of deletion so the Operator can remove it from the Admin page.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Payment terms<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website usage requires a subscription, payable via:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bank transfer to the Operator\u2019s account: K&amp;H Bank, account number: 104010558676687186801048<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online card payment via the password-protected page provided by the Operator<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exception: If a trial period is agreed upon with the Operator, the Website\u2019s services may be used free of charge during the trial. The start and end dates of the trial are mutually agreed upon. After the trial ends, the Expert must subscribe to continue using the services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subscription is based on the selected package. The Operator issues an invoice for each payment received.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online card payments are processed via Stripe, Inc. Personal data transferred to Stripe includes: surname, first name, country, and email address. Purpose: customer support, transaction confirmation, and fraud monitoring.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By saving their card, the Expert consents to future payments initiated from their account on the Website without re-entering card details. Card data is handled in accordance with card network regulations.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>General Payment Rules<\/b><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If payment is made on the first day of the month, the subscription starts on that day; otherwise, it starts on the first day of the following month.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The subscription ends on the last day of the starting month.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator informs the Expert that subscription fees may vary based on service features and market demand. By accepting the GTC, the Expert acknowledges and accepts this.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Expert does not accept a modified subscription fee proposed by the Operator, the subscription may be terminated.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert may cancel the subscription at any time but acknowledges that unused time will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Expert fails to pay the subscription fee, the Operator reserves the right to delete the registration and all associated data without prior notice. The Operator disclaims liability for any resulting damages.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>User bookings, legal consequences<\/b><\/h4><h5><b>Display of Experts and Services<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator reserves the right to determine the order of listings on the Website. Users may choose among Experts and their individual and\/or group services. The Operator disclaims all liability regarding which Expert or service the user selects.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Booking Appointments and Reservations<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Website\u2019s primary purpose is to enable Experts to offer individual and\/or group services to users, delivered at the highest professional standards, in accordance with market norms and ethical guidelines.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users may book appointments for individual services or reserve spots for group services via the Website.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Booking 1:1 session<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When a user books an appointment with an Expert, a contract is formed between the user and the Expert. The Expert is obliged to perform the service, and the user must pay the agreed fee. As the contract is concluded remotely via electronic means, the user may withdraw from the agreement before the service begins.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert may also withdraw before the service begins due to force majeure. In such cases, the Expert must notify the user via phone and\/or email. The parties shall settle any financial matters directly; the Operator disclaims all liability for delayed or failed payments.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accepting these Terms, the Expert declares that any personal data obtained during booking will be handled in full compliance with data protection requirements and will not be shared with third parties without user consent. The Operator disclaims all liability regarding data handling between the Expert and the user.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users may turn to the Conciliation Board for out-of-court resolution of disputes related to service quality or contract performance. A list of Conciliation Boards is available at: http:\/\/www.ofe.hu\/inet\/ofe\/hu\/menu\/bekeltetes.html<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Booking Group Sessions<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the monthly subscription period, the Expert is required to announce and conduct at least one group service on the Website. The Expert may not delegate the service or charge a fee for it.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accepting these Terms, the Expert declares that any personal data obtained during booking will be handled in full compliance with data protection requirements and will not be shared with third parties without user consent. The Operator disclaims all liability regarding data handling between the Expert and the user.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If participation is low, the Expert may cancel the event up to 3 days before its scheduled start. In such cases, the Expert must notify both the Operator and registered participants via phone and\/or email. The Expert must recreate the event within 3 days and schedule it no later than 30 days from the cancellation date. The Expert must also inform participants of the new date within 3 days.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of force majeure, the Expert may cancel the event before it begins and must notify participants via phone and\/or email. The same rescheduling obligations apply as above.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Violations and liability<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert is responsible for all activities conducted in connection with the Website. Legal guardians are responsible for the actions of minor users.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Website may only be used in accordance with applicable laws, without infringing the rights of third parties or the Operator, and in compliance with these Terms. Experts must act responsibly and respectfully toward other Experts, users, and the Operator.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using the service, the Expert guarantees not to use it for harassment, defamation, or any violation of personal or legal rights. The Operator reserves the right to restrict access for Experts who violate these conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the Operator strives for uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Website, it disclaims liability for any consequences arising from malfunction, including outages, hardware failures, data loss, or security breaches caused by third parties.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator may unilaterally amend these Terms at any time and will notify users. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Expert\u2019s conduct results in claims or proceedings against the Operator by third parties, authorities, or courts, the Expert must take all required actions and compensate the Operator for any damages, losses, or costs incurred.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accepting these Terms, the Expert guarantees not to use the Website or services to disclose business or confidential information that may harm their employer. The Operator disclaims all liability for any consequences affecting the Expert\u2019s employer due to unlawful or unethical conduct.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert also guarantees not to use the Website or services for adult education purposes. Neither party is required to enter into adult education contracts or fulfill related administrative or reporting obligations. The Expert must compensate the Operator for any damages or costs arising from unauthorized adult education activities.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Termination of Agreement and Expert Withdrawal<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator may delete the Expert\u2019s registration and all related data if the Expert violates these Terms.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert acknowledges that such violations may result in deletion of their registration and all associated data. The Operator disclaims liability for any resulting damages.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Expert\u2019s registration and data are deleted for any reason, this Agreement terminates automatically and with immediate effect.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator reserves the right to terminate the entire service at any time without prior notice, in which case the Agreement terminates automatically.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Expert may terminate the Agreement at any time by notifying the Operator via email at info@peopleindustryinsideout.com.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator reserves the right to refuse future registration of the same Expert if the Agreement was previously terminated due to a breach.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Other Provisions<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contracts established through registration do not qualify as written agreements; therefore, they are not recorded by the Operator and are not accessible afterwards.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement at any time. Experts will be notified of such changes via a brief notice on the homepage and\/or by email, including the effective date of the amendment. By using any element of the Service after the amendment takes effect, the Expert accepts the modified Agreement.
