Linkedin.com, Instagram.com) kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s\u00e1ra az adott weboldal keret\u00e9n bel\u00fcl k\u00f6zz\u00e9tett szab\u00e1lyzatok \u00e9s felt\u00e9telek (is) vonatkoznak.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 a Weboldalon tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 szakemberekkel szerz\u0151d\u00e9ses kapcsolatban \u00e1ll, a szakemberek jellemz\u0151en ellenszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s fej\u00e9ben veszik ig\u00e9nybe az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s\u00e1t. Amennyiben a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 a Weboldalon egy\u00e9ni vagy csoportos szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sra jelentkezik, annak adatait az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 rendszer\u00e9ben t\u00e1rolja. Ilyen kijelent\u00e9snek, magatart\u00e1snak min\u0151s\u00fclnek k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen az al\u00e1bbiak: a szakember arra val\u00f3 biztat\u00e1sa, hogy m\u00e1s, a Weboldalhoz hasonl\u00f3 internetes fel\u00fclet szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sait (versenyt\u00e1rs) vegye ig\u00e9nybe az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 Weboldala helyett, vagy a versenyt\u00e1rs gazdas\u00e1gi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9be t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sre h\u00edv fel, valamint a fentiekhez hasonl\u00f3 utal\u00e1st tesz.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3val szemben a le\u00edrt magatart\u00e1ssal \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 &#8211; a jelen Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1si felt\u00e9telek megszeg\u00e9s\u00e9re tekintettel &#8211; jogosult jogai \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben fell\u00e9pni \u00e9s a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3t a magatart\u00e1s abbahagy\u00e1s\u00e1ra, az att\u00f3l val\u00f3 j\u00f6v\u0151beli tart\u00f3zkod\u00e1sra, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 az okozott k\u00e1r megt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, valamint 5.000.000, &#8211; Ft, azaz \u00f6tmilli\u00f3 forint k\u00f6tb\u00e9r fizet\u00e9s\u00e9re k\u00f6telezni.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amennyiben a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tele fi\u00f3k k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se mellett t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, a tov\u00e1bbi ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel sor\u00e1n az e-mail c\u00edmmel \u00e9s n\u00e9vvel a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 azonos\u00edt\u00e1sra ker\u00fcl.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fi\u00f3k k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 a megadott e-mail c\u00edmre \u00e9rkez\u0151 adatok seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel tud a Profilba (User Panel) bel\u00e9pni. A felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3nak b\u00e1rmikor lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge van a jelszav\u00e1t megv\u00e1ltoztatni a Profilon kereszt\u00fcl.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9se megtehet\u0151 az info@peopleindustryinsideout.com c\u00edmre az \u00dczemeltet\u0151nek t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 megk\u00fcld\u00e9ssel is, melynek Weboldalon val\u00f3 felt\u00fcntet\u00e9se eset\u00e9n a k\u00fcld\u0151 keresztneve ker\u00fcl felt\u00fcntet\u00e9sre. Az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 az esetlegesen ezen inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 k\u00f6zl\u00e9sb\u0151l ered\u0151 k\u00e1rok\u00e9rt, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a szakember elj\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt, \u00e9s\/vagy az \u00e1ltala okozott k\u00e1rok\u00e9rt felel\u0151ss\u00e9get nem v\u00e1llal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3t terheli a felel\u0151ss\u00e9g a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1ssal \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben v\u00e9gzett valamennyi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9\u00e9rt. A kiskor\u00fa felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9\u00e9rt a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyes k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 tartozik felel\u0151ss\u00e9ggel. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a vonatkoz\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyok rendelkez\u00e9seivel \u00f6sszhangban, harmadik szem\u00e9lyek \u00e9s az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 jogainak s\u00e9relme n\u00e9lk\u00fcl, valamint a jelen szab\u00e1lyzatban foglaltak betart\u00e1s\u00e1val haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3. Minden felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 k\u00f6teles felel\u0151ss\u00e9gteljes magatart\u00e1st tan\u00fas\u00edtani, \u00e9s m\u00e1s felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3kkal \u00e9s az \u00dczemeltet\u0151vel szemben tiszteletteljesen viselkedni. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1val a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 szavatolja, hogy a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st nem haszn\u00e1lja m\u00e1s felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k \u00e9s az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 zaklat\u00e1s\u00e1ra, r\u00e1galmaz\u00e1sra, becs\u00fclets\u00e9rt\u00e9sre vagy m\u00e1s m\u00f3don m\u00e1s felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9gi \u00e9s egy\u00e9b jogainak megs\u00e9rt\u00e9s\u00e9re, csal\u00e1s megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, vagy b\u00e1rminem\u0171 egy\u00e9b vissza\u00e9l\u00e9sre. Az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 fenntartja a jogot, hogy korl\u00e1tozza azokat a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3kat, akik a fenti felt\u00e9teleket megs\u00e9rtett\u00e9k.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 kiz\u00e1rja a felel\u0151ss\u00e9g\u00e9t a szakember tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9vel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben. A szakember tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9vel kapcsolatosan b\u00e1rminem\u0171 ig\u00e9ny\u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s csak \u00e9s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a szakemberrel szemben lehets\u00e9ges. Az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 igyekszik medi\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00e9s esetenk\u00e9nt jogi seg\u00edts\u00e9get ny\u00fajtani a vit\u00e1k rendez\u00e9s\u00e9hez, azonban egyezs\u00e9g hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a szakember tartozik felel\u0151ss\u00e9ggel a saj\u00e1t tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9\u00e9rt, elj\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt, az \u00e1ltala elv\u00e9gzett munka, illetve szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s min\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9\u00e9rt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 t\u00f6rekszik a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s folyamatos \u00e9s hibamentes \u00fczemeltet\u00e9s\u00e9re, ugyanakkor kiz\u00e1rja a felel\u0151ss\u00e9g\u00e9t a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s hib\u00e1s vagy nem rendeltet\u00e9sszer\u0171 m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9b\u0151l ered\u0151 b\u00e1rmely k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9ny vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban, \u00edgy k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s \u00fczemel\u00e9s\u00e9ben be\u00e1ll\u00f3 kimarad\u00e1s, a haszn\u00e1lattal \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p-meghib\u00e1sod\u00e1s, adatveszt\u00e9s, valamint t\u0151le f\u00fcggetlen szem\u00e9lyek \u00e1ltal megval\u00f3s\u00edtott, inform\u00e1ci\u00f3s rendszerek biztons\u00e1g\u00e1t s\u00e9rt\u0151 magatart\u00e1sok eset\u00e9n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00dczemeltet\u0151 a Weboldal tartalm\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3an kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag mag\u00e1nc\u00e9l\u00fa felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sra ad enged\u00e9lyt, mely felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s keret\u00e9ben a Weboldal szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sait felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 saj\u00e1t maga jav\u00e1ra veheti ig\u00e9nybe.
